Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and exclude original shipping, handling, assembly fees, and any applicable trial or service fees.
Eligibility for Returns
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from H2OForYou.ca, operated by Thane Canada Inc.
If you purchased your product through a retail store, marketplace, Amazon, or another third-party seller, please refer to their individual return policy.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You must obtain a valid RMA number before returning any product;
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order;
- The returned product must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your RMA number;
- Products must be returned in original or suitable protective packaging;
- Products should include all original accessories, manuals, and components;
- Products must not be intentionally damaged or abused;
- Refunds do not include shipping, handling, assembly, or service fees.
H2OForYou and Thane Canada Inc. are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or uninsured return shipments.
Unauthorized Returns
Any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be considered an unauthorized return.
Unauthorized returns may:
- Be refused or discarded;
- Not qualify for a refund or store credit;
- Be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with unauthorized returns.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders begin processing immediately after checkout is completed.
You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
Once your order confirmation email is received, you may access our self-service support platform to request cancellation.
To request cancellation:
- Register or log in to the support portal;
- Select the applicable order;
- Choose “Request Help”;
- Submit your cancellation request.
If the order has not entered the shipping process, we will attempt to cancel the order and notify you by email.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order cannot be canceled, you may still return eligible items in accordance with this 30-Day Money Back Guarantee policy.
