H2OForYou.ca is operated by Thane Canada Inc.

We stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use by the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date ("Warranty Period").

If your product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, please contact our Customer Care Team before returning any product or parts.

Upon review of your claim, we may repair or replace defective parts or products that are covered under this warranty. Shipping and processing fees may apply to replacement products or parts.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It covers products used for personal household purposes and does not apply to products used in a manner inconsistent with the product instructions, user manual, or intended use.

After the Warranty Period has expired, replacement parts and service may still be available for purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Defects occurring during normal household use within the Warranty Period

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  2. Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or operation.
  3. Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
  4. Commercial, rental, or business use.
  5. Damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
  6. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  7. Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions.
  8. Products used by children without appropriate adult supervision.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at thanecanada-warranty@thanedirect.com.
  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
  3. Include a description of the issue and, if requested, photos or videos showing the problem.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Care Team.

If a return is required, please:

  • Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include proof of purchase showing the purchase date.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Care Team.

Customers are responsible for any shipping and processing fees that are not covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H2OForYou.ca and Thane Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some provinces, territories, states, or jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on your province, territory, state, or jurisdiction.
